A water truck is pictured here servicing a home in Naujaat. Nunavut health officials are asking residents of the Kivalliq community of 950 to conserve water this week after the hamlet’s sewage truck broke down. Until the truck is back on the roads, the health department said July 7 that households should limit their water use to essential purposes, like drinking, bathing and cooking.
