A dog, who some recognize as "Buddy," creates havoc in downtown Iqaluit during the afternoon of Aug. 23. Gabriel Blarnde, a cab driver in Iqaluit for nine years, said the stray dog problem is the same every year. "When I see a problem with the dog, I stop everything, I call the RCMP." Two RCMP trucks and two Iqaluit bylaw enforcement trucks showed up within minutes, and took the dog away peacefully.
