The Inuksuk Infant Development Centre thanks supporters

On behalf of all the parents, children, and staff of the Inuksuk Infant Development Centre, we want to thank all of our supporters who contributed to the creation of our enclosed playground.

The IIDC is a not-for-profit society that provides full-time childcare, putting an emphasis on supporting young mothers in their goal to completing their high school education.

It has been a long time goal of the IIDC to have an engaging and safe place for our children to play outdoors. This past fall, this goal was realized with the strong support from many local businesses.

We would specifically like to extend our sincerest gratitude to the following business that provided either financial or in-kind donations:

• Northern Property REIT

• Baffin Building Systems

• Royal Canadian Legion

• Nunasi Corp.
• First Air

• Blue Imp

• City of Iqaluit

• The Iqaluit District Education Authority

• Staff of Inuksuk High School

The support of these organizations has put many smiles on the faces of our children and ensured they have a safe and fun place to play.

This type of support continues to prove that Iqaluit is even more amazing because of all the people who call it home.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!
