Nunavut can work with three time zones

By NUNATSIAQ NEWS

There’s a reason for having time zones. Daylight is set according to the region. As Inuit, we’ve lived on the land, life is dictated by the land and seasons, and we’ve adapted to the land.

This is how it was. We were just inhabitants and didn’t have control over time. We are adept enough to overcome problems. We’ve made it to this point in time.

I know the new government can work with three time zones. You have it in you to work through this so-called hardship.
