Jimmy Qamukaq of Igloolik, a performer with Artcirq, stands near an ice carving of a polar bear in Copenhagen’s Nytorv Square on Dec. 6, the day before the start of the massive COP15 conference on climate change, which will bring together leaders from 192 countries, along with numerous scientists, bureaucrats and representatives of environmental lobby groups.
