Photo: Angava returns to the Aqpik Jam

After a six year break, Kuujjuaq’s Angava band, shown here at the recent Arctic Char festival in Kangirsuk, is back. The group, which includes original band members Derek and Willis Tagoona and new bass player Adamie Alaku, performs Aug. 14 during the opening night concert of the Aqpik Jam musical festival in Kuujjuaq.
