On New Year’s Day, a brand new bundle of joy: Tracy Aqatsiaq and Steve Perry of Igloolik with their newborn daughter, Allyson Qaumagiaq Jeannie Bernice Aqatsiaq-Perry, who was delivered early in the morning of Jan. 1 at Qikiqtani General Hospital in Iqaluit.
