Igloolik artist Mosha Arnatsiaq scored this piece of baleen while visiting Iqaluit for the Nunavut Arts Festival on July 8. He makes wall hangings from the baleen, by carving it with scenes of traditional life with dog teams and iglus. (PHOTO BY BETH BROWN)
