Photo: Kivalliq Cup returns to Rankin Inlet after six year hiatus

This is the first time in six years that the old timers’ regional tournament has taken place in Rankin, much to the delight of local hockey fans. Six teams vied for the cup during games from Feb. 6 to Feb. 8. Victory went to the Rankin Chiefs who beat out the Arviat Tuktus in the final. The Coral Qullit took third place.
