Nunavut Premier Peter Taptuna visited his hometown of Kugluktuk Sept. 18 to help inaugurate the Kitikmeot community's new visitor heritage centre. The two-storey building, built in the shape of an ulu, houses a museum, art gallery, conference rooms and retail space for local artists to sell their work.
