Who’s got talent? Alex Papak’s rousing, inspirational rap performance at the Kuujjuaq Forum earned him first place in the 13 and up category at the annual Kuujjuaq’s Got Talent contest Aug. 8. Both Papak, and junior winner Niivi Snowball, took home $300 in cash and will get to perform at this year’s Aqpiq Jam Music Festival which takes place in Kuujjuaq Aug. 11-14.
