Look at Frosty go! Karter Holmes, 11, charmed a crowd of more than 400 parents, family members and friends when he danced to his classmates’ rendition of Frosty the Snowman Dec. 4 during this year’s holiday concert at Kullik Ilihakvik elementary school in Cambridge Bay.
