Iqaluit sealskin artist Elisapi Aningmiuq explains how she makes her popular sealskin bracelets to customer Sara Fryer. Aningmiuq was one of many artists selling clothing, artwork and jewellery at a marketplace set up by the National Arts Centre for its Northern Scene festival in Ottawa. ““It was very special what happened here,” says Heather Moore, the executive director and producer of the NAC’s Northern Scene festival.
