Photo: Nunavut nursing student heads to Korea for circumpolar course

Valerie Young, a second-year Nunavut Arctic College nursing student, will head to Seoul, Korea this August for a course called “Arctic Academy” at the Korea Maritime Institute. She will attend the event, set for Aug. 17 to Aug. 22, with students from Norway, Sweden, Greenland, Russia and Finland, as well as students from Korea.
