Iqaluit parents sell dope in front of child in public place
I find it distressing to see parents openly dealing drugs in the entranceway of the NorthMart – right in front of their seven-year-old child.
Especially on a school day, when, by law, the children are supposed to be in school.
Is it no one at the Department of Education’s responsibility to ensure that kids who are supposed to be in a Grade 3 classroom are actually in school, and not standing around in public places watching their parents dealing dope?
