Why do unilingual elders not get pharmaceutical advice in the Inuit language?

Communications between a health caregiver and a patient is of paramount importance.

Pharmacies do not practice this, as prescriptions are given to unilingual Inuit elders with only English instructions.

As governments pay for these services, they are indirectly responsible for the serious lack of proper care and the disrespect to the unilingual Inuit elders.

Shame.

Is it too difficult to translate such simple instructions as “one per day”?
