- C — It’s Inukjuak, where a 50-seat restaurant and 23-room hotel are being built by Pituvik Landholding Corp. Construction is expected to start this fall.
- B — In last May’s federal election, Kilikvak Kabloona, the Liberal candidate, lost to Idlout of the NDP by just 41 votes.
- C — “Technical issues” with the building were cited as the need to relocate the 13 residents, in a joint statement from the Nunavik Regional Board of Health and Social Services and the Ungava Tulattavik Health Centre.
- B — There will be no beer garden for this year’s Twerdin tournament. Iqaluit city council denied tournament organizers’ request for a letter of support, with some citing residents’ concerns about offering a beer garden at the arena.
