Photo: A Kuujjuaq tragedy

Police in Kuujjuaq move what appears to be a body bag late March 3 from House 1080 on Chopper Crescent after the end of a 17-hour armed standoff between a man and police. At about 3 p.m. on March 3, members of Sûreté du Québec’s tactical team entered the residence and found the body of a man who had shot and killed a Kativik Regional Police Force officer and wounded another.
