Looking at Noah Papatsie of Iqaluit, you might not notice anything out of the ordinary, apart from the dark glasses he wears even when he’s indoors. But Papatsie is blind, relying on a cane to find his way around. Papatsie was among those who attended a March 28 workshop on disabilities in Nunavut organized by the Nunavummi Disabilities Makinnasuaqtiit Society.
