Nunavut Premier Eva Aariak welcomes delegates of the Circumpolar Conference on Education for Indigenous People to Iqaluit on November 27. Delegates from Canada, United States, Sweden, Greenland, and Norway are attending the conference after blizzard conditions in Iqaluit delayed the conference from starting Nov. 26.
