Photo: Lucie Idlout prepares for big new year

Lucie Idlout fought right through an attack of nerves at a January concert inside Toronto’s Tranzac club in support of Colombian indigenous activist Liliany Obando, her first public performance of 2010. Idlout joined her former co-conspirators in the all-female band, Uber Hussy, for a rousing finale. This March, Idlout hopes to start recording her third album. (PHOTO BY JOHN BIRD)
