Iqaluit residents clean up the capital

Farrah Arnauyumayuk cleans up cigarette butts along Iqaluit’s waterfront near the small-craft harbour as part of the city’s annual community clean up day today. The community cleanup committee supplied volunteers with gloves and garbage bags, donated by the Qikiqtani General Hospital and C&K Services Ltd., and held a celebratory barbecue in the afternoon.
