Photo: Kuujjuaq loses its bank

The Kuujjuaq branch of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce burned to the ground March 6. Residents say the fire was first detected at about 6:30 a.m.. By the time this photo was taken at 10:30 a.m., little remained of the building, which housed the community’s only bank. (SUBMITTED PHOTO)
