Pangnirtung duo in custody after shooting
Man, 19, treated for gunshot wound

Two men remain in custody after an incident in which a 19-year old man was shot June 16 in Pangnirtung.
Police entered a home in Pangnirtung and found the 19-year old suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was medevaced to Iqaluit for treatment and released shortly after, said a news release from the RCMP.
Police arrested two men in connection with the incident.
Ken Papatsie, 21, has since been charged with discharging a firearm recklessly, failure to comply with probation order and failure to comply with an undertaking.
Litanie Pitsiulak, 32, has also been charged with discharging a firearm recklessly, failure to comply with probation order and possession of a firearm while prohibited.
The matter is still under investigation and further details will be released in the near future, said a June 22 news release from the RCMP.
