A thank-you from Cambridge Bay to visiting veterinarians

Diamonds in the Ruff would like to send out a huge thank you to the veterinarian team from Alberta for their hard work and dedication in making sure that our community’s pets are healthy.
Diamonds in the Ruff fundraised to get the vets up here and along with the sponsors we made it happen. The vets were extremely busy over the three-day clinic, Aug. 14 to Aug. 16, doing check-ups, vaccines and surgeries.
We would also like to thank our sponsors, volunteers and people who donated money and attended our fundraisers, as without you, Diamonds in the Ruff could not have done it.
To the people of Cambridge Bay who brought in their pets for health checks, vaccines and surgery — thank you for caring for your family pet(s.)
We hope with community support, Diamonds in the Ruff can bring up the vet team again next year.
