Body of man found on ice outside of Nunavik community
KRPF continue to investigate sudden death in Inukjuak
The Kativik Regional Police Force is investigating a death that occurred just outside the Hudson Bay community of Inukjuak last weekend.
On Feb. 16, police and first responders attended to a man who was found on the sea ice near the community, the Kativik Regional Government said in a statement.
The victim was dead when responders arrived.
Police won’t offer any other details, but say they are continuing the investigation.
