As of March 11 at 2 a.m., most regions of North America moved from daylight standard time to daylight saving time.
This means you’ll get an extra hour of sunlight now in the evening.
Daylight saving time will end the first Sunday of November, when most people in North America will set their clocks back by one hour.
The only community in Nunavut that’s not affected is Coral Harbour, which stays on eastern standard time throughout the year.
