Get ready for earlier sunsets and brighter mornings.

Nunavut and Nunavik residents should remember to turn their time-pieces back one hour before they turning in tonight, when most of North America moves from daylight to standard time.

This means you’ll get an extra hour of sleep Sunday morning.

But in the afternoon, you’ll see the sky grow dark an hour earlier.

Since 2007, daylight saving time has ended the first Sunday in November. Officially, the change occurs this year at 2:00 a.m., Nov. 4.

In most North American time zones, standard time will resume March 10, 2013, when clocks move forward one hour.
