Nunavut throat singers Cynthia Pitsiulak, far left, and Annie Aningmiuq, second from left, recently joined a group of performers from around the world who were invited to play at the 25th annual Klangwelten, a German music festival. Pitsiulak and Aningmiuk performed alongside tabla players from India, jazz musicians from Cameroon and another throat singer from Mongolia.
