Photo: Happy holidays to our loyal readers

By NUNATSIAQ NEWS

December can be a dark and cold time of year in Nunavut, but colourful Christmas lights can help to awaken our eyes and our hearts. As in years past, some residents join the effort, as did this Cambridge Bay homeowner above. Note to readers: we will publish our last issue of 2015 on Friday, Dec. 18. Our first issue of 2016 will appear as planned on Jan. 1. Our offices in Iqaluit and Ottawa will be closed for regular business from Dec. 18 to Dec. 27 and re-open for regular business Dec. 28. We wish all our readers, followers and advertisers a joyous and healthy holiday season. (PHOTO BY DENISE LEBLEU)
