Photo: A new generator for Pangnirtung

A new generator for Pangnirtung: a Sikorsky S-64F Skycrane arrives in Pangnirtung April 17 with one of the four new generators earmarked for this community whose power plant burned down April 3. The 70-foot-long twin-engine helicopter which arrived in Iqaluit April 13, is capable of carrying up to 20,000 pounds, and will be used to transport all the new generators to Pangnirtung.
