Photo: A new way to map the Arctic

This map shows shipping traffic in the Arctic, including the movements of gas and oil tankers and offshore supply vessels. The map system, developed by WWF, can also show locations of marine mammals and passenger ships — or can be used to develop customized maps. Read more about the maps on Nunatsiaqonline.ca.
