Photo: A rare song sparrow visits Iqaluit

A little song sparrow, a long way out of its normal summer range, visiting Iqaluit recently. It likely got mixed up with the wrong crowd and ended up migrating to Baffin Island. The song sparrow is a feisty bird that fights off bigger birds to get at food. (PHOTO COURTESY OF FIONA HUNT)
