Iqaluit's gone Irish: this green and white shamrock cake takes its inspiration from St. Patrick's Day, March 17, the feast day of the patron saint of Ireland. The cake was one of 40 cakes made by staff and parents at Joamie elementary school in Iqaluit, for a Cake Walk Sale on March 14.
