Nunavut Premier Eva Aariak poses with young leaders from across the North April 28 in Iqaluit. Global Vision, a not-for-profit organization, brought the youth to Iqaluit for a Global Leadership Centre conference where they could discuss leadership and learn about their respective communities. “You young leaders are vital to our future because you know both worlds very well. Our elders no longer have all the answers. It is up to you to bring these two worlds together. During this leadership conference, I’d like to think about how you see your world evolving,” Aariak told them. “There are so many opportunities out there for young people like yourselves.
