Here’s a first look at the architect’s vision for the proposed Canadian High Arctic Research Station (CHARS) planned in Cambridge Bay. Montreal-based architect firm Fournier, Gersovitz, Moss, Drolet et associés designed the main research building pictured here, which will make up the $188-million complex and hub for Arctic-based science and technology research.
