Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair and Romeo Saganash, the NDP MP for Abitibi-James Bay-Nunavik-Eeyou, after they finished an ATV tour of Sylvia Grinnell Park on the morning of Sept. 4 at the end of their three-day visit to Iqaluit, which included a day of meetings Sept. 3. “Mr. Harper likes coming in here for photo-ops, but the Arctic and the North require a lot more than just photo-ops.
