Esau Tatatoapik takes first place in Nunavut Tunngavik Inc.’s 2015 Photo of the Year contest with this nighttime scene of his hometown of Arctic Bay. Tatatoapik won $1,000 in prize money for his winning shot, which will also appear on NTI”s annual report this year.
