Government of Nunavut offices and many other Iqaluit workplaces, including all City of Iqaluit recreation facilities, shut down early in the afternoon Feb. 6, as another winter storm roared through town. As of 2 p.m. Feb. 6, winds had reached gusts of 52 km/h with a wind chill estimate of -53. Winds are forecast to reach 70 km/h to 90 km/h this evening. (PHOTO BY JIM BELL)
