Pangnirtung on April 21, students at Alookie elementary school pay a visit to the Sikorsky S-64F Skycrane — which has the name “Bubba” painted on its cockpit. The Qulliq Energy Corp. said April 21 the powerful helicopter had delivered its fourth generator and that “crews [are] working hard to implement mid-term power solution” for Pangnirtung, whose power plant burned down April 3, causing a local state of emergency to be declared.
