Alyssa Flaherty-Spence is called to the bar in Toronto at a special swearing-in ceremony to officially become a lawyer on Jan. 26. She currently works for Inuit Tapiriit Kanatami and also worked for Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. in Iqaluit for a few years before she went to law school in Ottawa. (PHOTO BY TIM FRASER)
