Many wanna-be polar bears wait by the water’s edge in Cambridge Bay on Aug. 3. The water was cold, but that didn’t stop about 25 eager participants in the “Polar Bear Dip” fundraiser for a new community recreation facility. The event raised $2,675. (PHOTO BY RED SUN PRODUCTIONS)
