The Tuktoyaktuk Siglit Drummers and Dancers got the crowd moving at Jim Koe Park in Inuvik, Northwest Territories July 21. That community is hosting the Inuit Circumpolar Council’s general assembly this week until July 24, a gathering of Inuit organizations from across Canada, the United States, Greenland and Russia.
