Photo: Elections Nunavut is ready for you

The people who work at Elections Nunavut are all prepared for the Oct. 28 territorial election. This photo shows the office inside Hotel Arctic that will serve Iqaluit’s four new constituencies: Iqaluit-Manirajak, Iqaluit-Niaqunnguq, Iqaluit-Sinaa and Iqaluit-Tasiluk. Some key dates to remember: on Sept. 23 the election period starts, candidates may start filing declaration forms and voters may request mail-in ballots; Sept. 27, 2:00 p.m., deadline for candidate filings; and Oct. 8, the last day you can register your name on the voters list or request changes to your listing.
