Nine of Nunavut Arctic College`s Environmental Technology Program students are recipients of this year's Technical Professional Studies Scholarship, sponsored by the Government of Nunavut's Department of Community and Government Services. The award-winning students are (front row, from left): Keenan Lindell, Lisa Bachelier, Tony Lee, and Sean Noble-Nowdluk and (back row): Emma Kreuger, Joefrey Okalik, Peter Aqqaq, and William Autut. The scholarships are awarded to Nunavut Land Claim Agreement Beneficiaries and non-Beneficiary students from Nunavut for four years of continuous full-time study, beginning with a scholarship of $2,500 in their first year, $3,000 in their second year, $4000 in their third year, and $5,000 in their fourth year.
