Photo: Etulu Aningmiuq, beloved Nunavut folk musician, passes away

Aningmiuq, a well-known country and gospel singer-songwriter and musician from Cape Dorset passed away this week. Etulu was well known as part of a duo with his first wife, the late Susa, with whom he performed starting in the 1970s. She died of cancer in 2001. He is survived by his wife Elisapi Davidee-Aningmiuq, three children, four step-children and 12 grandchildren. Read more later on nunatsiaqonline.ca. (PHOTO BY JIM BELL)
