Everyone loves a parade. Iqaluit RCMP members march through Iqaluit July 1 in the annual Canada Day parade. The Alianait Arts Festival ended that day with a civic ceremony at the Big Top Tent between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m., followed by a Canada Day Concert featuring Willie Stratton and the Boarding Party, Joanne Ashley and Friends, and Kamaalukutaat from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Events this year wrapped up with the Artcirq Cabaret festival finale at Nakasuk.
