Photo: First refuelling ship arrives in Frobisher Bay

The Travestern fuel tanker arrived in Frobisher Bay July 14, the first of the summer resupply ships to reach Nunavut’s capital. This year is quite a departure from last year when sea ice packed the bay and Hudson Strait delaying for weeks sealift ships to South Baffin and Nunavik communities. (PHOTO BY BETH BROWN)
