The Inuksuk float is full to brimming during this year’s Omingmak Frolics annual parade to kick off the Victoria Day long weekend May 20 in Cambridge Bay. The popular event featured a number of floats and participants including Ollie the muskox, the festival’s beloved mascot. The Frolics wrapped up this past weekend, on May 23.
