Photo: Gearing up for Inuit youth

Jeff Turner, a volunteer with Project North, draws sponsors to his booth at the Northern Lights trade show last weekend. The Ottawa-based organization has just launched it lastest fundraising drive, called Gear Up, which allows sponsors to donate a piece of hockey equipment – or even the full bag – to be shipped to children in Nunavut communities.
